After studying the different options, I confirm the immediate starting of the following:
- Help the growing of LONE STAR SECURITY SERVICES (LSSS)
- Transfer our activities in the DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION to the LSSS
- Create if needed urban or border troubles to enhance the battles of wills between the LSSS and the new bloc
- Establish a watching on TEXAS INSTRUMENTS international partners
- Maintain a minimal level of the MONUMENT network
The set-up of the GORGON plan have been studied and rejected. The uncovering of any Agency's activities in anew bloc have estimated as potentially extremely damageful. The National Security Council will oppose to any operation, though we expect the ARES INTELLIGENCE to take its own initiative.
